- If a customer is not totally satisfied with the quality of product, he/she can exchange or get a refund for the same within 7 days of receiving the order under our terms and condition.
- You can request for refund or exchange by simply sending us a message on our Facebook/Instagram page or email us at email@example.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Delivery charges will be borne by the customer.
- In case of a refund, courier charges and amount transfer fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Those customers who receive a product different from what is ordered stand to receive a replacement free of cost.
- The same is true for customers who receive a broken, damaged, or defective product. However, exchange of product is subject to its availability in our stock.
- Products can only be refunded or exchanged if they are sent back in their original packing with all the tags and in an unused/undamaged condition. A product will not be refunded or exchanged under any circumstances if it has been damaged because of improper use or handling.
- As you receive any damage or defected product immediately inbox us at our Facebook/Instagram page and wait at least 12 – 24 hours. We do not entertain customers who comments on our Facebook/Instagram pages with a purpose of damaging our brand image.
